Ayumi and Litheral training

Ayu walks in to the area and does some quick stretches

He walks in behind her, not really bothering doing stretches since he is not truly in the mood for that crap. So he just starts to push ups.

"1..2...3...4...5"

She walks over to him and puts her foot on his back

He doesn't acknowledge her foot and starts to throw his body up and clap his hands together, then he repeats the process.

As he does she moves and decides to check her stamina and starts jogging around

He goes back to doing his regular push ups.

"15...16....17....18"

Ayu kept running around and jumping through nearby trees. She did so because she had to beat her brothers next time they sprung a game of hide and go seek on her

He continues his push ups but when he does one, he raises one of his arms making the other arm balance his whole body for a few seconds.

"29........30.........31"

Sweat starts to roll down his forehead as he does the push ups.

Ayu runs by him. "Try not to lose balance." She says and runs away

He nods slightly as he continues to do his balancing act push ups.

"42.........43..........45"

His breath starts to become hoarse as he pushes himself more.

She runs back by, stil not having broke a sweat. "DOn't push yourself too hard."

He ignores her, as he still does the push ups even though his arms slightly wobble.

"55........56..........57"

She stops and watches him. The she puts her foot on his back, applying pressure.

As he feels her foot give pressure on his back he even tries harder.

"62....63....64......65"

"Just tell me when it is too much." SHe adds more pressure

He keeps doing the push ups even with the added pressure, but his arms slightly quiver.

"69......70.....71"

She is almost basically standing on his back.

He goes back to his regular push ups as he sees she is really testing him now.

"73..........74.............75"

His arms are about to give out on himself, but he wont stop till he cant go any farther.

"Come on you can keep going right?" She says with a smirk

He gets an angry expression on his face as he does one more push up and literally throws himself to his feet.

"Hmmm...."

He wipes the sweat off his fore head not caring what happens to her, he walks a few yards away from her and starts to jog.

As she is basically thrown from his back, she does a couple of backflips to catch herself and starts jogging again

He slightly runs even though his arms are sluggish.

She jumps up into the trees and sees how nmuch she can run and be her stealthy self

He starts to walk, since of his earlier work out.

Ayu keeps running, making minimal noise. then she lost focus and clipped a trunk,stumbling and fallimg from the tree
