Leaf Village Park

Leif walks tot he park, closing his eyes to the soft breeze. He sighed slowly, wondering what his future would be like. Would he be someone legendary? Or would he be like every other average ninja with no purpose but to protect his village? He sat down on a park bench, leaning back.

He walks into the park and gazes at the lake, as it shimmers when something touches it. He sits down as he is mesmerized by the lakes aura him.

"This is pleasant."

Kitsune walks to his favorite swing. Sitting on it, the one swing in the corner of the playground, he begins to gently rock back and forth on it, thinking about everything his father told him. The words no louder then a soft breeze, echoing through his head.

She was wandering the streets and somehow found her way into the park. "Hmm..." She shrugs and walks around the park, bored as she was.

Kitsune is still sitting on the swing, rocking back and forth slowly, slightly asleep against the chain his hand was holding onto.

She continued walking listening to all the sounds of nature. After a few minutes of walking she noticed someone falling asleep on a swing. She also noticed an empty swing next to him so she sat down on the swing and poked the person slightly "Hello...?" she asked him quietly.

He slowly opened his eyes. Leaning up slightly, he yawned deeply. Blinking, he looked over to her, "Hello." he gazed up and down at her, not knowing her, he shrugged, smiling gently in his half-awake state.

She noticed the person was now awake and smiled back at him. Well atleast i know im not the only other kid in this village... She sighed

He thought she had a nice smile. He gently swung back and forth again, lightly bumbing into her swing. "So..what brings you to the park this late at night?"

He frowns, "Thats saddening..why would any parent make that a rule?"

He reaches out, gently holding her hand, "Its alright. They must really love you a lot to protect you like that. Once they know you can start to fend for yourself, they'll let off some."

He nods, slowly releasing her hand. He looks up into the dark night sky, the only light shining form the crescent moon.

She also looks up at the moon "You know... Ive always adored the moon... ever since i was a little girl... I liked to look up at the night sky and stare at the moon in all it's different forms..."

He smiled, "It seems I share your love for our moon as well. When I used to be scared of the dark, it was my night light. When I was all alone, it was my friend. Perhaps we have more in common then we may think."

She laughs slightly "It may be true... " She smiles looking at him.

He looks back at her and smiled gently, "My name is Kitsune. What, may I ask, is yours?"

"My name is Akiri." She replied smiling

He slowly takes her hand, gently kissing the top of it, smiling up at her, "Nice to meet you Akiri." he stands up, somewhere around 5'11", stretching after his nap.

She continued to sit on the swing and started swinging slightly watching him stretch. "Nice to meet you too" She smiled.

He ran a hand through his hair, pushing back, moving his hand away. His hair fell right back down across his face. He smiled, pulling it to the side behind his ear.

She continued to smile and started swinging higher and higher.

He smiled watching her. He flickered to on top of the swings, sitting there, watching her swing.
